Jalapeño Slaw Sliders
We are in the thick of summer and with 4th of July right around the corner, I thought what better than to serve up some yummy sliders! These Jalapeno Slaw Sliders are the perfect addition to any cookout or summer party, with Brianna's Honey Mustard Dressing being a key ingredient. If you haven't noticed these dressings are a summer staple for me. You don't have to own a grill, you can also make your burgers on a cast iron skillet. This savory slider is going to knock you socks off!
Jalapeño Slaw Sliders
Slaw Ingredients
1 Bag of Shredded Red and Green Cabbage (you can buy the heads and shred if you like, but it just makes things easier. I bought Trader Joe’s)
½ Cup of Brianna’s Honey Mustard Dressing
1 Teaspoon of diced Jalapeños
Ground Chuck Ingredients
1-2 Lbs. of Ground Chuck
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Cracked Pepper
1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt with Parsley
Buns and Topping
1 Package of Hawaiian Roll Sliders, Jalapeño Flavor
1 Package of Goat Cheese Crumbles for topping
1. Combine bagged slaw mixture, honey mustard, and diced jalapeños. Mix well and refrigerate until burgers are ready to be topped.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ground chuck, Worcestershire sauce, cracked pepper, and garlic salt.
3. Once fully combined you will begin to form patties about 4 inches wide and 1 inch thick. You can size them how you prefer, but make sure you pat them flat. They will pull together when you grill.
4. Heat grill to 375-400 degrees. You will grill the patties about 3 minutes on each side (this will vary if they are thicker.)
5. Remove from grill and cover with foil. Toast Hawaiian Rolls, about a minute inside faced down.
6. Begin building sliders, Hawaiian roll, burger, goat cheese crumbles, and lastly slaw. Repeat for all slider and enjoy!
