Personal Pizza Night
I remember growing up I would read all these books to get a personal pizza ticket to Pizza Hut. That small personal pizza was such a coveted thing, and it makes me smile thinking about it! I know most of us are at home with our families or roommates during this time, so I thought personal pizza night was a great way to make dinner and have a fun family or roommate activity- a bottle of wine is always a good idea too! I don’t know about y’all, but being in the kitchen is therapeutic for me, and I know the outcome of this project is delicious! Enjoy!
We have four Pizza Options here! I made Veggie, Hawaiian, Mushroom and Sausage and a Meat lovers with Fresh Mozzarella. They all have a marinara base. We prepared our sausage in the skillet for those specific pizza’s. I then prepped each pizza accordingly with toppings and placed them on a parchment lined sheet pan, and then baked them at 375 degrees for 20 minutes- you can do less time, but we like a little crispy and brown bubbly cheese.
